| At the helm of Bobby's kitchen, is Jeffrey Yu. A Malaysian by origin and the executive chef since Bobby Rubino's, Jeffrey concocts the myriad of dishes in Bobby's Dine menu and acts as the saucier for Bobby's. He demonstrates his culinary agility in reproducing classics and concocting new signature dishes for Bobby's new Western Menu. | Born into a family of bakers and trained at the Institure of Technical Education in Baking, Jack's skill in haute pastry making is evidenced in the delightful confections he created for Bobby's extensive dessert list. A true artisan in his field, Jack's passion is in reproducing exquisite classics and concocting innovative creations for Bobby's ever evolving menus. |

| The previous Motown concept was revamped in October 2006 by Mr.Ed Poole from Poole Associates to make way for a vibrant taproom and dining room which cleverly balances urban chic with the relaxed style reminiscent of a Harlem Jazz club. Mr.Poole's impressive list of clientle includes W Retreat & Spa (Maldives), Westin Langkawi Resort & Spa, China Jump, Ocho Tapas, Highlander & Pump Room. Bobby's new concept features burnt-amber and blue lighting, chevron stone walls, oryx-horn chandeliers, velvet-covered walls, heavy teal draps, wine racks and warm wooden floors. | Mr.Christie, creates the full force, high-voltage creative edge to Bobby's collaterals, namely the olive green logo, signages, the menus, the business cards and the placemats. He was also responsible for the art direction and copywriting of Bobby's provocative brand awareness campaign. Some of Christie's well known projects include the Hu'u Bar, Father Flanagan's Irish Pub, Highlander, The Pump Room, San Marco, Brussels Sprouts, Townhouse, Archangel and Saint Peirre. |
